RaMed Studios suggest that you drink eight to ten glasses of water per day. Eat fruits and vegetables that contains vitamins that nourishes the body keep illnesses away. Exercise on a regular basis, as this help you to breathe properly. 

RaMed Studios also advise that you don't smoke and try to avoid second hand smoking as this is bad for your lungs which will ultimately produce breathing challenges. Do not scream, or over sing as this leads to hoarseness. Avoid drinking too much alcohol as this is not healthy for your vocal cords and ensure that you are getting enough sleep as fatigue also affects your voice.
